Your self-coaching entries

Your focus area, habit, progress, and reflections are stored in your browser on the device you use. They are not sent to Astha or stored in an online account. Other people who use the same browser profile may be able to see them.

Your choices

You can erase your self-coaching information using the “Erase my self-coaching data” button on the dashboard. Clearing browser data may also erase it. Because the information stays on your device, it will not automatically appear on another device.

Discovery-call booking

When you follow a booking link, you leave this website and use Google Calendar. Information you provide there is handled under Google’s privacy practices and the settings of Astha’s booking calendar.

Website measurement

This website does not currently use advertising trackers or website analytics. If measurement tools are added later, this notice will be updated to explain what is collected and the choices available to visitors.
